Service·OEM & ODM
Your name, your colour, your packaging. Then a real conversation about the machine.
OEM and ODM are available on this range: branding, colour and packaging are all discussable, and so are specific feature requirements. What we will not do on a web page is promise that a particular modification is feasible — that answer comes from engineering, in writing, after they have seen what you are asking for.

What is straightforward
The things that do not need an engineer.
Some of what buyers ask for is a production decision rather than a design one. These we can answer quickly and precisely.
Branding
Your name and marks on the machine, the packaging and the documentation. This is the request that comes up most often and the one with the fewest conditions.
Colour
Body and housing colour to your specification. Worth knowing: the colours you have seen on this site are the standard ones, and the machines are the same underneath.
Packaging
Cartons, foam lining and labelling set to your market. The machines currently ship in carton with foam lining; wooden cases are used on the longer series.
Volume terms
Minimum order is 10 units for regular models, and single-unit samples are available so you can evaluate before committing to a batch.
What needs engineering
Requests that change the machine itself.
If you want a different head, a different pole, a different battery or a feature that is not on the range, that is a genuine ODM conversation — and it has to happen in writing with the people who build it.
- Send the requirement in writing and we will take it to engineering rather than answer it here.
- You will get a straight answer on feasibility, including no when the answer is no.
- Terms, tooling and lead time for a modification are quoted for your enquiry, never from a web page.
- If the request is a small one, we will say so — not everything needs a development project.

Tell us the crop, the tree and the ground.
Give us the crop, the tree height, the slope and what you use today. You get a straight answer on which series fits, what it will cost delivered, and the parts list — or an honest no if the crop is not one we can shake.
What we need from you
- Crop and variety
- Tree height and habit
- Slope and access
- Your current picking method
