Service·Operator videos

Nobody should learn a machine from a diagram.

A shaker is simple, but simple is not the same as obvious — and the person who has to change a head in a cold orchard at six in the morning will not read a manual. So every procedure is filmed.

Two kinds of clip

Watch it work, then watch it come apart.

The field clips answer whether this works. The maintenance clips answer what happens when something wears — and that second question is what decides whether a machine survives its second season.

  • Field clips

The machines running in olive groves, on seabuckthorn, a straight demonstration, and customers describing what changed on their farm. These are the factory recordings, not studio productions.

  • Maintenance clips

Changing a claw head, changing the hook, swapping the battery, replacing the cable and the trigger module. One clip per procedure, filmed on a bench, short enough to watch before you start.

  • Setup for your crop

The frequency and amplitude range the machine was set to for your crop, explained on video — so the setting is something you can hear and see, not only a number on a sheet.

Getting them

They come with the machine, and with every part.

Nothing to register for and nothing behind a login. If you have a question about a procedure we have not filmed, ask — and we will film it rather than describe it over the phone.

  • Sent with the machine, in the language you write to us in.
  • Attached to the invoice with every spare part, so the person doing the job has it.
  • Available on a video call if you would rather be walked through it live.
  • If a procedure is not filmed yet, tell us — that is how the list grows.

Tell us the crop, the tree and the ground.

Give us the crop, the tree height, the slope and what you use today. You get a straight answer on which series fits, what it will cost delivered, and the parts list — or an honest no if the crop is not one we can shake.

What we need from you

  • Crop and variety
  • Tree height and habit
