Service·Spare parts
The parts that wear are the parts we keep on the shelf.
A machine with no parts behind it is a machine with a five-year plan that ends in year two. So the four things that actually wear are the four things we keep — and every one of them comes with the video showing how it comes off.

The four parts
What wears, and why it is only four.
A shaker has a motor, a pole and a head, and the parts that take the handling are always the same four. Everything else is built to outlast them.
Heads — claw and hook
Quick-change mounting on one spanner. A spare head turns a damaged head into a ten-minute job rather than a lost week. It is also the part that sets the machine for a different crop.
Batteries and chargers
24 V 30 Ah packs, the cold-weather pack and the 4–6 hour charger. A battery that has lost capacity after a few seasons is normal wear, not a fault.
Cables
The coiled lead that runs up the pole. It takes the weather, the bending and the pulling, and it is the cheapest thing on the machine to replace.
Trigger modules
The cast housing and the lever. It takes every press of the season, and it is a module so it comes off as one piece.
How it works
Write to us with the model and what it is doing.
You do not need a parts catalogue or a serial number lookup. Tell us the series and what is happening, and we will tell you which of the four it is — or give you a diagnosis by video call if it is something else.
- Parts shipped by air, with the swap video attached to the invoice.
- A written parts list with every quote, so you know what the spares cost before the machine arrives.
- Spare heads stocked so that a change of crop does not mean a change of machine.
- If it is not one of the four, say so on the call — we would rather diagnose than sell you a part.

Tell us the crop, the tree and the ground.
Give us the crop, the tree height, the slope and what you use today. You get a straight answer on which series fits, what it will cost delivered, and the parts list — or an honest no if the crop is not one we can shake.
