Service·Warranty
Twelve months, in writing, before you buy.
The warranty on these machines runs 12 months from shipment, and on the collection umbrella 6 months. What matters more than the number is that you can read the terms before you order rather than after something breaks.

What it covers
Support, not just a period.
The warranty is the period; after-sales is what happens inside it. Both matter when the machine is on a slope a day from the nearest town.
Technical documentation
Manuals and settings for the crop the machine was set for — the same information our own technicians use.
Video guidance
Every swap and every adjustment is shown on video, in the language you write to us in. That is faster than a service visit that has to cross a border.
Remote troubleshooting
A video call with a person who knows the machine, before anyone suggests shipping it back.
Spare parts supply
The factory supplies the full parts range, and the four parts that wear are held in stock. Machine service life is stated as 5+ years.
Price and customisation
How price and customisation are given.
These two work differently from the rest of this page.
- The extension price comes in writing against your order — a figure on a page is wrong for half the people who read it.
- Anything that changes the machine goes through engineering, in an email exchange — not a line of web copy.

Tell us the crop, the tree and the ground.
Give us the crop, the tree height, the slope and what you use today. You get a straight answer on which series fits, what it will cost delivered, and the parts list — or an honest no if the crop is not one we can shake.
What we need from you
