Series A·the short one·300 W·1.1 m

The short machine. For everything you can reach standing up.

Waist-high bushes and the lower storey of an orchard are the worst place to spend a winter: the fruit is right in front of you, and picking it still takes the whole day. Series A is the smallest machine we build — a 1.1 m alloy pole, one hand, no ladder — and it is the one we have been building longest.

The head it ships with

Five cushioned fingers. It shakes the branch, not the fruit.

Series A ships with the five-finger claw. The head is a quick-change part — it comes off with one spanner in the field, and which one you get is set by your crop rather than by the model number. The three heads are on the range page. The claw is five black rubber fingers gripped in a white nylon collar, and the collar is what takes the impact — so the vibration spreads across bark and fruit skin instead of pinching one spot on it. On thin-skinned crops that is the whole difference between a load that ships as fresh fruit and a load that goes for juice. Set the frequency at the trigger and ripe fruit lets go while the green stays on the branch. Because the fingers flex, they do not break branches or knock off blossom.

The machine

Short, and shaped that way on purpose.

The 1.1 m pole is not a compromise. On a waist-high bush a long pole is weight you carry for nothing, and the working point ends up where you cannot see the fruit. This one keeps the tool at the height your eyes and hands are already at.

Studio view, the whole machine: five fingers, the spring section, the trigger housing, the battery at the base of the pole.
One hand, at chest height. From the grip the head reaches about to the top of the operator's head — that is the whole working envelope.
The three series together. A is the short one on the left; nothing about the difference between them is hidden.

Close up

The three parts you touch every day.

Nothing below is a render or a mock-up. Each is cut 1:1 out of the manufacturer's reference photograph of this machine, so what you see is what arrives.

The claw head

Five rubber fingers in a white nylon collar, above a chrome spring section that damps the stroke. Quick-change mounting: a spare head goes on with one spanner, in the field.

The trigger housing

A metal lever in a cast black housing, with the strain relief where the orange lead enters. The vibration setting is made here, under the thumb — not on a separate control box.

The battery box

24 V 30 Ah in a flat box that rides on the shoulder strap, with the charger and a waterproof pouch. Rated 10–12 hours of work and 4–6 hours to charge.

Full specification

As published by the manufacturer. The word rated is deliberate: 10–12 hours is a rated runtime, not a measured continuous full-load figure, and we will not present it as one. Ask us for the test data behind any row.

What it is set for

Low and dense: bushes, and the lower storey of an orchard.

Frequency, amplitude and claw type are set at the factory for the crop you name. Tell us the crop and the tree habit and the machine arrives already tuned, rather than with a manual telling you to experiment.

  • Cornel

The crop this series was built around. In large-scale use for over ten years across Henan, Shaanxi, Shanxi and Anhui, and the reason the head does not damage branches or blossom.

  • Seabuckthorn

Thorny, dense and awkward by hand. Low frequency with the padded claw: the fruit releases without the thorns going through your gloves.

  • Hawthorn and jujube

Small, dense, hard to pick by hand at speed. The 0–3000 /min range covers both without bruising the skin.

  • Sichuan pepper

Grown for the husk, which marks easily. Gentle settings and the cushioned claw, taken cluster by cluster.

  • Honeyberry and other hedge fruit

Waist-high plantings worked from the ground, row by row, where the operator walks rather than reaches.

Where this one stops

It is a short machine, and it will not become a long one.

The honest limit is the pole. Nothing here is a defect; it is the reason the machine is light enough to carry all day. Buy the wrong length and you will be reaching over your head with a machine designed to work at your chest.

  • Fruit above about 2.5 m. From a 1.1 m pole you cannot reach it standing, and you should not be on a ladder with a running machine — that is what Series B and C are for.
  • Crops that are cut rather than shaken: pepper for cuttings, oil palm bunches, and anything harvested with a blade.
  • Durian, cocoa, mango and other fruit that bruises on impact — shaking is the wrong method regardless of the machine.
  • Trees so thick that the claw cannot get onto the fruiting wood. If you cannot see where the branch is, you cannot place the head.
  • Any crop you have to pick selectively by grade if the fruit will not release one grade at a time. No shaker solves that, ours included.

Service & parts

The parts that wear are the parts we keep on the shelf.

Claw heads, batteries, cables and trigger modules are the four things that wear out. We keep all four in stock, ship them by air, and send the video that shows the swap — most swaps take a single spanner and under ten minutes.

  • 12-month warranty on the machine, 6 months on the collection umbrella
  • Claw heads, batteries, cables and trigger modules held in stock
  • Remote diagnosis by video call, in the language you write to us in
  • OEM and ODM: your colour, your brand, your packaging from 50 units
  • Minimum order 10 units · 15–30 days production · samples available

Tell us the crop, the tree and the ground.

Give us the crop, the tree height, the slope and what you use today. You get a straight answer on which series fits, what it will cost delivered, and the parts list — or an honest no if the crop is not one we can shake.
