Service & parts·four promises
The machine is the easy part. The next five years are the product.
A shaker is a simple machine, which is exactly why the service should be simple too: four parts wear out, they are all on the shelf, and every swap has a video. Here is what we commit to, and what we ask of you.

What wears out
Four parts, all of them in stock.
Claw heads, batteries, the cable and the trigger module are the four things that wear. We hold all four, ship them by air, and send the video that shows the swap.
Claw heads and hooks
Quick-change mounting, one spanner, in the field. A spare head is the fastest repair in the whole machine.
Batteries and chargers
24 V packs and the cold-weather pack, plus the 4–6 hour charger. A battery is a wear part, not a failure.
Cables and trigger modules
The orange lead and the trigger housing. The two parts that take the most handling, so we keep the most of them.
Response
What happens when you write to us.
No ticket system, no regional distributor between you and the answer. Write to us in your language and you get a person who knows the machine.
- Remote diagnosis by video call, in the language you write to us in.
- Spare parts shipped by air, with the swap video attached to the invoice.
- Written answers on warranty before you buy, not after you claim.
- An honest no when the answer is that you are using the machine outside what it is set for.
The four pages
Everything else is on its own page.
Parts, warranty, the operator videos and OEM are each written out in full — because each of them is the thing a buyer asks about after the price.

Tell us the crop, the tree and the ground.
Give us the crop, the tree height, the slope and what you use today. You get a straight answer on which series fits, what it will cost delivered, and the parts list — or an honest no if the crop is not one we can shake.
What we need from you
- Crop and variety
- Tree height and habit
- Slope and access
