Crop·Cornel·the crop this range was built on
Worked from the ground, on a shrub, for a fruit that shows every mark.
Cornel is not a large-crop story, it is a specialist one: grown where the picking is done standing at a waist-high bush, and where the skin of the fruit decides its price.
- Producing regions
- Henan, Shaanxi, Shanxi, Anhui
- Plant habit
- Shrub to low tree, worked from the ground
- Our machines set for it
- A · 1.1 m pole, five-finger claw

Why it is hard
A soft fruit at the height where you least want to rush.
None of these is dramatic. Together they are why a small machine beats a person and a basket.
The fruit marks if handled hard
Cornel skin is not built for rough picking. Beating a branch or stripping it by hand damages the fruit and the small wood together, and both show up in the price.
The bush is the whole workspace
Waist-high shrubs mean picking standing, in one place, all day — exactly the work where a light machine pays back fastest. You are not reaching for anything; you are stopping the same motion ten thousand times.
Next year matters as much as this one
The same branches carry the next crop, so a head that does not damage branches or blossom is not a nicety — it is the condition for using a machine at all.
How we set the machine
Light, short and cushioned.
This is the setup the series was originally developed for, so it is the safest one to buy blind.
- Head
- Five-finger claw
- Frequency
- Low to middle
- Pole
- 1.1 m
Five rubber fingers in a nylon collar over the spring section. The collar takes the impact, so vibration spreads across bark and skin instead of pinching one spot.
The fruit releases without being hammered, and the branches and blossom come through the season intact.
Short on purpose: on a waist-high bush a longer pole is weight carried for nothing.
Where it stops
When this is the wrong machine.
Cornel is usually the easy answer. These are the cases where it is not.
- Trees old enough that the fruiting wood has moved above reach — a 1.1 m pole works a shrub, a tree needs the longer series.
- Blocks where the ground does not let you stand and work. The machine solves the repetition, not the slope.
- Any expectation of not sorting afterwards. A shaker drops ripe and some unripe together.
- Crops that are cut or pulled rather than shaken — cornel is not one, but its neighbours on the same farm might be.

Service & parts
The parts that wear are the parts we keep on the shelf.
Claw heads, batteries, cables and trigger modules are the four things that wear out. We keep all four in stock, ship them by air, and send the video that shows the swap — most swaps take a single spanner and under ten minutes.
- 12-month warranty on the machine, 6 months on the collection umbrella
- Claw heads, batteries, cables and trigger modules held in stock
- Remote diagnosis by video call, in the language you write to us in
- OEM and ODM: your colour, your brand, your packaging from 50 units
- Minimum order 10 units · 15–30 days production · samples available

Tell us the crop, the tree and the ground.
Give us the crop, the tree height, the slope and what you use today. You get a straight answer on which series fits, what it will cost delivered, and the parts list — or an honest no if the crop is not one we can shake.
